Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in
One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room and bathroom were spacious, stunning views from the infinity pool and the all day breakfast offering was healthy and delicious. Excellently located too, for exploring the sights of Ubud but not being on the main drag.

Above expectation - both the staff and facility - truly a magical holiday. Ty!!
Great to have the complimentary breakfast served all day; however, much more enjoyable if available where the infinity pool / sun deck and bar is located too (not just the other restaurant close to the street entry). Service was excellent - front desk, servers, spa - all amazing, helpful and making every effort to ensure a wonderful stay

Exceptional
Beautiful resort, very good location and service was exceptional.
Just a minor point, the towels were very washed out which is surprising as everything else was up to a high standard at the resort.
